We design our approach in phases, ensuring every stage is coordinated and maximises results:

PHASE 1
Branding & Campaign Infrastructure
In this phase, we proposed building the full brand and marketing foundation required for the development. This included creating the development’s identity, rebranding Saga Construction into Green Dragon Homes, establishing site branding, and planning the entire campaign structure. We also outlined the strategic timeline, content trigger points, and the infrastructure for social, email and the dedicated landing page with an optimised sales funnel.

PHASE 2
Content Capture &
Pre-Launch Activity
We proposed capturing content throughout the build at pre-planned trigger points, producing a three-part documentary series, and launching early teaser activity on major property portals. This phase also included starting brochure development and initial merchandise design.
